Trisha has more than twenty years of experience in music instruction. She has taught in a variety of settings: one-on-one private lessons, small ensembles, large ensembles like band and orchestra, and the elementary music classroom. Her goals in teaching are to inspire a shared love of music and to help students experience the musical rewards that flow from strategically directed, diligent effort.  Trisha holds degrees in music education and oboe performance. Her favorite composers include Dvorak, Telemann, Vivaldi, and Holst. Outside of music she enjoys Kansas Jayhawks basketball, board games, tea, and watching home renovation shows.
