Lakeside Music Academy is an in-home music school that focuses on positive experiences for students and parents. We hire teachers that are not only talented professional musicians, but also fun, inspiring, and all-around great teachers. Each and every one of our teachers either has a degree in music or is currently in school pursuing one. In addition, most of them are actively performing the the Twin Cities!

Our music school started in 2013 with just one music teacher. Back when she attended Wayzata High School, she would drive around to all her students homes teaching piano, guitar and voice lessons. Now Lakeside Music Academy has over 20 teachers that specialize in over 20 instruments! Our goal is to connect families with real musicians, providing a higher level music education in the convenience of home. We love our teachers and we cannot wait for you to meet one and watch them inspire your child (or you!) to pursue the joy of music.

Lakeside Music Academy is currently serving Plymouth, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Edina, Wayzata, and more. It’s great to get to know amazing families in Minnesota and help them find a love of music. We love hearing from you, so please reach out anytime. Look forward to meeting you!
