After drawing inspiration from a Baby Einstein video, Anna began her violin studies at six-years-old with Jillian Rae. She performed with the Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies (GTCYS) for 10 years and taught in the Harmony Program for 5 years, while studying with Steven Leung and Michael Sutton. Anna earned a Bachelor’s degree in Violin Performance from DePauw University (2024), where she studied with multidisciplinary violinist Teagan Faran and arranged pieces combining classical violin and electronics. Anna has performed with many musical and opera pit orchestras, her favorites include Into the Woods, The Spitfire Grill, and The Little Prince.  She currently performs with the Wayzata Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Keehun Nam. When not around her violin, Anna enjoys taking long walks outside, playing with her cat, and obsessing over Wicked.
