Alisa Zudov

Alisa has been playing piano for most of her life, beginning with traditional lessons as a child before gradually developing a more self-directed relationship with music. Growing up, she was especially inspired by video game, anime, and film music, including soundtracks from Super Smash Bros. , The Legend of Zelda, and Avatar: The Last Airbender. Over time, Alisa began learning more by ear, arranging favorite songs for piano, creating her own covers, and eventually exploring composition and original music.

Her personal experience taught her that there are many ways to connect with an instrument, and that students often thrive when they are given space to explore the music that genuinely excites them. As a teacher, Alisa enjoys helping students build strong foundational skills while also encouraging creativity, curiosity, and individuality. She believes music should be a place where students can discover and nurture their own personal relationship with sound, expression, and learning.
