Elliot Pajer is an event pianist and piano accompanist in the twin cities. Having started playing piano at the age of 8, he developed a passion for music and piano performance particularly throughout middle and high school, specializing primarily in classical piano while also experimenting with jazz, sacred music, and soundtracks from various digital media. Continuing his music education at Gettysburg College's Sunderman Conservatory, Elliot studied piano performance under Dr. Jocelyn Swigger and music composition under Dr. Avner Dorman, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. During his studies, on top of his solo piano performances, he would regularly collaborate with the Gettysburg College symphony orchestra, smaller chamber ensembles and other individual musicians, putting on various repertoire and premiering original compositions with them. After graduating, Elliot would continue refining his skillset on the piano and coming to a continually deeper understanding of how the technical aspects of playing an instrument come together and serve the overall music-listening experience for audience members. Currently, Elliot serves as pianist and choir accompanist at Peace Church in Eagan while also providing music for various local events, namely weddings, funerals, and markets.
